Rosalia Vila known as Rosalia is a Spanish Flamenco/Pop singer. From her teens she has been involved in popular music as well as flamenco. Her music also strays into different genres such as hip-hop soul and Trap. The flamenco guitar player Pepe habichuela characterized her voice as sweet and sharp, yet having the grit of more mature singers. La Fama, featuring The Weeknd is due out in 2021. Motomami will be her third album. She collaborated with many producers and artists including Cory Henry. The album was released in on March 20, 2022 following the Saturday Night Live performance featuring the track Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia was the first Spanish soloist to appear on Saturday Night Live. Rosala from Motomami who was awarded The Latin Album of the Year as well as three Latin Grammy Awards in total for Motomami also became the very first woman to do so.
